江西省持久性污染物控制与资源循环利用重点实验室简介

    江西省持久性污染物控制与资源循环利用重点实验室由江西省科技厅2010年9月下文批准组建,2011年8月被江西省教育厅遴选为江西省高校高水平实验室。所依托的环境工程学科为江西省“九五”、“十五”、“十一五”重点建设学科、江西省高校高水平学科、国防特色基础学科和江西省博士点预测单位的授权学科建设点。

    实验室现有固定人员27名,其中国家杰出青年基金获得者1名、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划1名、江西省赣鄱英才555工程首批人选2名、江西省主要学科学术与技术带头人1名、江西省新世纪百千万人才工程人选3名、江西省高校学科带头人4名、江西省骨干教师7名、江西省青年科学家培养对象5名。实验室现有面积3160m2,仪器设备总值约2130万元,大型仪器设备约91台(套)。现任实验室主任为国家杰出青年基金获得者罗胜联教授。

    实验室以学科发展前沿和国家重大战略需求为导向,积极为鄱阳湖生态经济区建设与生态保护提供科技支撑,主要以环境生物技术、水处理功能材料、环境监测方法、CO2和NOx减排及资源化等四个方向为主要研究方向。

    实验室已完成和正在承担国家973、863项目,国家杰出青年基金,国家自然科学基金重点、面上、地区及青年项目,江西省科技重大专项,江西省自然科学基金项目,江西省科技支撑项目等140项。实验室在Biotechnology Advances、Environmental Science Technology、Water Research、Advanced Materials、Analytical Chemistry、Bioresource Technology、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Chemosphere等国内外知名刊物上发表论文376余篇;其中SCI收录篇数115篇。在本实验室曾获国家科学进步二等奖3项、国家技术发明二等奖1项、何梁何利基金科学与技术创新奖1项、教育部科技进步一等奖1项、省科技进步一等奖1项、省科技进步三等奖2项、省自然科学二等奖2项。

    实验室十分重视国内外交流与合作,曾举办中国环境工程学科发展论坛暨中国首届环境工程学科杰青论坛和国家863计划水处理前沿技术发展战略专题研讨会。与美国加州理工学院、美国北卡州立大学、辛辛那提大学、代顿大学,英国曼彻斯特大学,德国基尔大学,加拿大北英属哥伦比亚大学,捷克Masaryk大学,日本仙台东北大学,清华大学,北京大学,哈尔滨工业大学、同济大学,湖南大学,中国科学院生态与环境研究中心,中国科学院广州地球化学研究所,中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所等均有良好的学术联系和技术合作。

    实验室认真贯彻“开放、流动、联合、竞争”的方针,践行“自然宽和、守正出奇、理实交融”的理念,指引实验室在科研工作、人才培养、队伍建设、开放交流等方面不断前行。

 

Key Laboratory of Jiangxi Province for Persistant Pollutants Control and Resources Recycle was established in September 2010 authorized by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology. It was selected as one of the high-level laboratories of Jiangxi provincial university The supporting discipline of Environmental Engineering was one of the Key Disciplines of Jiangxi Province during the Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh 5-Year Plans. It was one of the high-level disciplines of Jiangxi provincial university and characteristic foundation discipline of national defense. It was one of the predictive Doctoral Programs in Jiangxi Province.

  The lab has 27 fixed staffs, including one winner of the Distinguished Young Scholars Program from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), one winner of the Program of the New Century Excellent Talents in University of the Ministry of Education, two first batch candidates of Jiangxi ‘555’ Ganpo Yingcai Project, one winner of  Academic and Technical Leader of Key Discipline in Jiangxi Province, three winners of New Century Hundred,Thousand and Ten Thousand Super Talent Project of Jiangxi Province, four winners of Discipline Leader of Jiangxi Provincial University, seven winners of Jiangxi Leading Teachers and 5 winners of Young Scientists Cultivating Object by Jiangxi Province.

  The research area of the lab is 3160 m2. The total value of the equipments is upto 16.466 million yuan, including 91 large equipments. Professor Luo Shenglian is currently the director of the lab who is one of the winners of the Distinguished Young Scholars Program from NSFC.

  The aims of the lab is to lead the frontier research of Environmental Engineering and serve the requirements of National strategic as well as offer scientific support for the construction of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and Ecological protection.

  The research of the lab are mainly focused on four directions: Environmental Biotechnology, Wastewater Treatment Functional Materials, Environmental Monitoring Technology and CO2 and NOx Emission Reduction and Recycling.

  The lab receives about 60 research funds from “973”, “863” projects, Chinese National Funds for Distinguished Young Scientists, Chinese National Natural Science Foundation of Key Program, General Program, Regional Program and Young Scientists Program, Jiangxi Province Major Science and Technology Project, Jiangxi Province Natural Science Foundation and Jiangxi Province Science and Technology Support Projects.

 The lab has published about 300 peer-reviewed journal papers in renown international and domestic journals, such as Advanced Materials, Biotechnology Advances, Environmental Science Technology, Water Research, Analytical Chemistr, Bioresource Technology, Journal of Hazardous Materials and Chemosphere, etc..

  The lab was awarded 2nd-class National Science and Technology Progress prizes third times, 2nd-class State Technological Invention Award once, Scientific and Technological Innovation Prize of Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation once, 1st-class the Ministry of Education of College of Science and Technology Progress Award once, 1st-class Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award once, 3rd-class Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award twice and 2nd-class Provincial Natural Science Award twice.

  The lab has been paid close attention to academic cooperation and exchanges. China Environmental Engineering Discipline Development Forum and China's First Environmental Engineering Disciplines Outstanding Youth Forum as well as “863” National Plan on Water Treatment Frontier Technology Development Strategy Seminars were holded by the Lab. The Laboratory has established sound academic relations and technology cooperations with many key domestic and oversea universities such as, California Institute of Technology (state university of the United States North Carolina), the University of Cincinnat, University of Dayton, University of Manchester (England), Kiel University (Germany), the University of British Columbia (Canada), the Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic), Sendai Northeastern University(Japan), Tsinghua University, Beijing University, Harbin Industrial University, Tongji University, Hunan University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ecological and Environmental Research Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry and Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology.

  The policy of the lab is "Open, Exchange, Joint and Competition". The lab practice the concept of "Compliance with Accommodation, Credibility with Creativity, Academic with Application”, which will direct the lab to go forward in the research, people cultivation, team construction and academic exchange.
