江西省持久性污染物控制与资源循环利用重点实验室简介

 江西省持久性污染物控制与资源循环利用重点实验室由江西省科技厅2010年9月下文批准组建,2011年8月被江西省教育厅遴选为江西省高校高水平实验室。所依托的环境工程学科为江西省“九五”、“十五”、“十一五”重点建设学科、江西省高校高水平学科、国防特色基础学科和江西省博士点预测单位的授权学科建设点。

 实验室现有固定人员63名,其中国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金获得者4人,高端外专项目获得者1人、千人计划1人,万人计划2人,青年千人1人,国家自然科学优秀青年基金获得者2人,国家百千万人才工程3人,教育部新世纪优秀人才3人,洪堡基金获得者2人,全国模范教师1人,柔性引进长江学者2人。江西省井冈学者2人,江西省青年井冈学者6人、江西省双千计划入选者5人、江西省“555”赣鄱英才人选5人、江西省主要学科学术和技术带头人培养对象8人、江西省杰出青年人才15人、“江西青年五四奖章”获得者2人,江西省百千万工程人才人选11人、江西省教学名师1人、江西省高校学科带头人4人、江西省中青年骨干教师8人、江西省高层次高技能领军人才1人。实现了江西省青年千人和国家自然科学优秀青年基金的首次突破,入选了江西省科技厅科技创新团队和江西省委组织部首批人才工作示范点。实验室现有面积4800m2,仪器设备总值5000万元,大型仪器设备约110台(套)。现任实验室主任为国家杰出青年基金获得者罗胜联教授。

 实验室以学科发展前沿和国家重大战略需求为导向,积极为鄱阳湖生态经济区建设与生态保护提供科技支撑,主要以重金属废水治理与资源化、有机废水处理与资源化和能源化、固废处理与资源化、持久性污染物监测技术与设备、污染场地土壤修复技术与装备以及大气污染控制原理与技术等六个方向为主要研究方向。

 实验室近五年承担了国家自然科学基金重点项目2项,国家自然科学基金重点项目子项目1项,国家杰出青年科学基金2项,国家优秀青年科学基金2项,国家自然科学基金国际合作与交流项目1项,主持国家重点研发计划2项,参与国家重点研发计划3项,科技部国际合作项目2项,国家863重点技术子课题3项,863前期研究专项1项、863前沿探索项目1项,国家科技支撑计划重大项目子课题2项,国家自然科学基金面上项目14项,国家自然科学基金地区和青年基金项50余项,国防基础研究项目1项,江西省重大科技专项2项、江西省教育厅落地计划等省部级科研项目150余项,科研经费近9000万元。实验室在Nature Communications, Environmental Science&Technology, Water Research, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials等国际著名刊物上发表SCI论文450余篇,获授权发明专利131项(其中美国专利2项),出版学术专著和教材20部(其中荷兰Elsevier杂志社英文专著1部)。本实验室曾获国家科学进步二等奖3项、国家技术发明二等奖2项、何梁何利基金科学与技术创新奖1项、教育部科技进步一等奖1项、中国青年科技奖1项、省自然科学一等奖4项、省技术发明一等奖1项、省科技进步一等奖2项、省自然科学二等奖4项、省技术发明二等奖1项、省自然科学三等奖3项、省科技进步三等奖5项,中国产学研合作创新奖5项,国际性学术奖励Prof. Joseph Wang Awards 1项,中国有色金属工业科学技术奖一等奖2项、江西省青年科技奖1项、霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年科学二等奖等省部级奖励30余项。罗胜联教授领衔、罗旭彪教授具体实施的研究成果“动力电池全过程固废循环利用技术及装备”受邀参加国家“十三五”科技创新成就展。

 实验室十分重视国内外交流与合作,曾举办中国环境工程学科发展论坛暨中国首届环境工程学科杰青论坛、国家863计划水处理前沿技术发展战略专题研讨会、江西省第七届高等学校分析化学学术研讨会、第五届中国环境院所长论坛、国家自然科学基金委“第四届环境工程青年论坛”和第一届、第二届废水处理新材料及新技术国际研讨会。与美国加州理工学院、美国佐治亚理工学院;澳大利亚悉尼大学和麦考瑞大学;英国曼彻斯特大学,德国基尔大学,加拿大北英属哥伦比亚大学,捷克Masaryk大学,日本仙台东北大学,新加坡国立大学,香港科技大学,清华大学,北京大学,哈尔滨工业大学,湖南大学,中国科学院生态与环境研究中心,中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所等均有良好的学术联系和技术合作。

 实验室认真贯彻“开放、流动、联合、竞争”的方针,践行“自然宽和、守正出奇、理实交融”的理念,指引实验室在科研工作、人才培养、队伍建设、开放交流等方面不断前行。

 

Key Laboratory of Jiangxi Province for Persistant Pollutants Control and Resources Recycle was established in September 2010 authorized by Jiangxi Province Department of Science and Technology. It was selected as one of the high-level laboratories of Jiangxi provincial university. The supporting disciplines of Environmental Engineering was one of the Key Disciplines of Jiangxi Province during the Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh 5-Year Plans. It was one of the high-level disciplines of Jiangxi provincial university and characteristic foundation discipline of national defense. It was one of the predictive Doctoral Programs in the Jiangxi Province.

The lab has 63 fixed staffs, including four winner of the Distinguished Young Scholars Program, two winner of the Outstanding Young Scholars Program from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), three winners of 1,000 Talents Plan from Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, two winner of leading researchers in Ten-thousand Talents Program from National special support program for high-level personnel recruitment, three winner of the National Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talent Project from Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China, three winners of the Program of the New Century Excellent Talents in University of the Ministry of Education, five candidates of Jiangxi “555” Ganpo Yingcai Project, eight winner of Academic and Technical Leader of Key Discipline in Jiangxi Province, fifteen winners of the Distinguished Young Scholars Program by Jiangxi Province, eleven winners of the Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talent Project of Jiangxi Province, et al.

The research area of the Lab is 4800m2. The total value of the equipments is up to 50.00 million yuan, including 110 large equipments. Prof. Shenglian Luo is currently the director of the Lab who is one of the winners of the Distinguished Young Scholars Program from NSFC.

The aims of the lab is to lead the frontier research of Environmental Engineering and serve the requirements of National strategic as well as offer scientific support for the construction of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and Ecological protection.

The research of the lab are mainly focused on six directions:Study on treatment and recycling of heavy metal wastewater, Study on advanced treatment of organic wastewater and simultaneous resource recycling and energy regeneration, Study on solid waste treatment and resource utilization, Study on detection technology and equipment for persistent pollutants, Study on soil remediation technology & equipment for contaminated sites, and Study on air pollution control principle and technology.

The lab receives about 150 research funds from “863” project, Chinese National Funds for Distinguished Young Scientist, Chinese National Funds for Outstanding Young Scientist, Chinese National Natural Science Foundation of Key Program, General Program, Regional Program and Young Scientists Program, National Key Research and Development Program, Jiangxi Province Major Science and Technology Project, Jiangxi Province Natural Science Foundation and Jiangxi Province Science and Technology Support Projects. The Lab has published about 450 peer-reviewed journal paper in renown international and domestic journals, such as Nature Communications, Environmental Science & Technology, Water Research, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, et al.

The lab was awarded 2nd-class National Science and Technology Progress prize third times, 2nd-class State Technological Invention Award twice, Scientific and Technological Innovation Prize of Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation twice, 1st-class the Ministry of Education of College of Science and Technology Progress Award once, China Youth Science and Technology Award once, 1st-class Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award twice, 1st-class Provincial Technological Invention Award once, 1st-class Provincial Natural Science Award four times, 2nd-class Provincial Natural Science Award four times, 2nd-class Provincial Technological Invention Award once, 3st-class Provincial Natural Science Award triple, 3rd-class Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award five times, Chinese Industry-University-Research Cooperative Innovation Award five times, Prof. Joseph Wang Awards from International academic Awards, 1st-class China Non-ferrous Metals Industry Association of Science and Technology Progress Award twice.

The lab has been paid close attention to academic cooperation and excharges. Chinese Environmental Engineering Discipline Development Forum,China’s First Environmental Engineering Disciplines Outstanding Youth Forum as well as “863” National Plan on Water Treatment Frontier Technology Development Strategy Seminars,the Seventh Academic Symposium of the Analytical Chemistry of Jiangxi Province,the Fifth Elite Forum of China Environmenta Protection,the Fourth Youth Forum of Environmental Engineering of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the First and Second International Symposium on New Materials and New Technologies of Wastewater Treatment were hold by the Lab. The lab has established sound academic relations and technology cooperations with many key domestic and oversea universities and research institutes such as, California Institute of Technology, Georgia Institute of Technology, university of Manchester, England, The University of Sydney, Macquarie University, Germany Kiel university, Canada North British Columbia University, the Czech Masaryk university, Japan Sendai northeastern university, National University of Singapore The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Tsinghua university, Beijing university, Harbin industrial university, Hunan university, Chinese academy of sciences, ecological and environmental research center, Chinese academy of sciences, Shenyang institute of applied ecology and so on.

The policy of the lab is “Open, Exchange, Joint and Competition”. The Lab practice the concept of “Compliance with Accommodation, Credibility with Creativity, Academic with Application”, which can direct the lab to go forward in the research, people cultivation, team construction, academic exchange.
